Job Description

Successfully performs the specified procedure or task in the Regional Distribution Center (RDC) Warehouse Operations Department. These procedures or tasks may include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and warehouse performance. Additionally, the Warehouse Associate will be required to adhere to set quality standards and perform the assigned task in accordance with various RDC safety and performance requirements.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Picks, packs, and ships ordered items as required.
Receives and stocks inbound orders while noting the quantity and any discrepancies in quantities, as well as recording any damages.
Processes required documents with accuracy within RDC safety and performance requirements.
Processes inbound orders using RF technology and following RDC special order parts (SOPs).
Processes outbound orders using RF technology and following RDC SOPs.
Verifies inventory accuracy to make sure it's the right part and the right quantity.
Unloads or loads trailers, verifies bills of lading, and checks for transit damage.
Stocks necessary supplies in their respective areas.
Monitors and reports equipment damages and operational issues to Warehouse Lead Associate.
Performs re-warehousing moves as requested.
Performs inventory cycle counts as required and at a high degree of accuracy.
Required to work limited over-time (to include weekends) as needed.

HOURLY RATE: $24/hr

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Warehouse environment that involves high volume production work; lifting, bending, and long periods on feet; and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Openings are set for 2 buildings in Lebanon.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma with 2-4 years of relevant experience

Job Description

WE Snack Company, LLC is hiring a Vending Machine Stock Representative to service and maintain vending machines in Lebanon and surrounding Boone County. We’re looking for a dependable, self-starting individual who takes pride in a job well done.

What you'll do:

Restock and clean vending machines across multiple sites
Track inventory and report restocking needs
Perform minor troubleshooting and report maintenance
Maintain accurate logs of your route and work
Represent WE Snack with professionalism and courtesy

Work Requirements:

18+ years old
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (SUV or larger preferred)
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Background check required
PPE must be worn (provided by company)
Prior vending experience preferred but not required
Strong time management and independence

$20/hour starting pay

Location: Lebanon, IN (with travel throughout Boone County)

Schedule: Monday–Saturday | 20–30 hours/week | Flexible hours between 4:00 AM – 6:00 PM (mornings preferred) | 1 - 2 Saturday shifts required per month
